Requirements
Holds CAAC, FAA or ICAO type II maintenance license;
At least 2 years’ experience in MCC or 3 years in line/base maintenance;
Well knowledge of SMS, Airworthiness, Human Factor;
Strong inter-personal communicational skill and good negotiation skill;
Able to make maintenance process control within the scheduled time frame;
Good decision making ability under pressure;
Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese.
